WHAT I NEED FROM YOU
All I need is for you to send a few good quality and angled photos of the Pet. You can choose to have a full body portrait or a headshot portrait. You can send me these via email.

Each pet portrait I create is a handmade, original watercolor artwork, made to order and based on your pet’s photo(s). Because of the custom and personal nature of this work, I do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once the artwork has been started or completed.
I take great care to ensure every detail reflects your pet’s likeness and personality. Before painting, I confirm details and reference photos with you to make sure you’re happy with the plan.
If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue, please contact me within 48 hours so we can make it right.
All paintings are carefully packaged and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery to ensure they reach you safely. A signature is required upon delivery, providing added security and peace of mind that your artwork arrives directly in your hands.
Unframed paintings are sealed in plastic protective sleeves and sent in a hard board envelope/ tube.
Framed paintings are gift wrapped, bubble wrapped and sent in a cardboard box for safety.
I will paint your commission within 2-3 weeks, however, if you have an urgent request, please let me know as I may be able to accommodate this.
